Mastering the Pie
About a year ago I decided I had come to that point in life when I should at least give a college try to baking, particularly to making pies. Since then I've been making sporadic attempts at creating the perfect pie. Well, this is as close as I've come so far, though, honestly, I think it looked better than it tasted. The last pie I made was big on taste, but low on asthetics. Hmmm...my work is never finished.

Beautiful pie!! I'm so bad about presentation when I cook and bake. I always think it tastes great (maybe that's just me...) but most people wouldn't give it a second glance from the way it looks.
That looks too good to eat! Beautiful job! You will have to show me how you did the leaves and etc. It looks absolutely marvelous!
